Fish fry :

onion : 1 small size

tomato : 1 small size

ginger : a very small piece ( 2 inch size)

garlic : 4 or 5 (pallu) (which is equal to the size of ginger)

tamarind : little (konjam na, 3 fingers la 2 inch alavuku)

pepper / chilli power : for your taste

salt : for your taste

kesari powder : a little

oil : as much as need

smash onion, tomato, ginger & garlic with mixie. (you will get a masala paste)

mix tamarind with water and filter the water.

clean fish and keep it in a vessel

mix the masala paste, tamarind water, pepper / chilli powder & salt
in every piece of fish. atlast mix kesari powder (red colour) mix it in
all pieces (just for colour)

now, keep a pan with oil in the stove... and fry the fish...
(beware, u mixed masala's and tamarind. so, seekiram karigidum...
konjam jaakiradhaiya pakathula irundhe fry seiyanum...)

surely, it taste's very nice.. its my favourite one... enjoy with this....
